WE STAND BY OUR PRODUCTS

Oshko Technology Inc. warrants product(s) to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years for OSHKO RTX and two (2) years for OSHKO Tower for original packages, from the original invoice date, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

After that period, most items are covered by a lifetime* support promise, but that varies depending on the product.

Oshko Technology Inc. provides warranty against assembly defect for 14 days from the original invoice date. Original packaging, accessories, cables, free gifts (if applicable), unopened software, and manuals must be present and are subject to inspection before warranty approval. Desktop PCs with tampered serial numbers or UPC codes will be denied warranty service or exchange.

If your product is not functioning properly upon arrival (DOA items), please send us a message within 14 days of purchasing. Contact our Technical Support for troubleshooting or contact us to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). In most instances, our representatives can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems. In the case of a defective product, Oshko Technologies Inc. will replace the product with an exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability.

To return a product you will require an RMA from us. Oshko Technologies Inc. covers all express shipping charges to return the product to us. Repaired RMA items will be shipped with express shipping and Oshko Technology Inc. will cover the shipping cost in eligible areas.

Physical damage to any product will void the product’s warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physical damage. Oshko Technologies Inc. cannot honour a warranty for any internal damage once the warranty seal sticker has been removed. If you need to open the product you purchased from Oshko Technology Inc. for any reason, please contact us at info@oshko.com first. Under certain circumstances, you might be authorized to open your Oshko Advanced Gaming Station without voiding your warranty. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.
